Shipping Policy
All UNSAYD apparel and accessory orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Standard shipping takes 5–10 business days after fulfillment. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.
Digital products (playbooks and downloads) are delivered instantly via email after purchase — no shipping required.
We ship to all 50 US states and select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on items that are:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In original condition with tags attached
- Not marked as final sale
Final sale items: Sale/discounted apparel and all digital downloads are non-refundable and not eligible for return.
How to Start a Return
Contact us via our Contact page with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.
